Absolutely charming, such a warm welcome from the owner. Amazing how she was able to juggle the cafe and the post office. I had the last of the home made soup for the day tomato and pesto it was wonderful. The cafeteria was filled with excellent tasting coffee. Dog friendly. Wish I lived near by I'd certainly be in again.

Lovely food, served beautifully with a smile - nothing too much bother and little extras on the side. Dog friendly the lady also runs the attached post office so bear that in mind when you order. Highly recommend

A wonderful local gem. Post office and tiny cafe, combined. A simple menu of bacon, egg or sausage sandwiches with a long list of home-baked cakes (all delicious). Very cosy, dogs extremely welcome (always treats available and usually they can have their own slice of bacon if you ask...) a selection of daily papers available to read. Very relaxed. It’s one person running the whole show so sometimes you have to wait, but that’s part of its charm.

Lovely cafe run by a very friendly and welcoming owner ( who multi tasks by also running the post office). Delicious home made cakes and very interesting things for sale in the cafe. Clearly a local community hub. One of the best cafes I have been to and I cycle a lot so have tried a few!

Really nice service and homemade food. We loved the small room and the quality of food served. The lemon drizzle and the scones were delicious.
